My first painting of 2008.
I was thinking about doing some more purely abstract work. And to warm my brushes up after the 6 week holiday they've had I thought I would start by painting what they felt like painting. With a little addition from me with some new colours from Australia. This painting makes me think of the Australian rain storms and the fire storms all mixed together creating a feeling of the humid space between. Sticky sort of weather where things grow wild and rampant.
