I haven't seen bluebells in woodland since I was young. They don't seem to grow in the wild here.
We don't get wild primroses either.
There are daffodils in the Vosges mountainous region with heather too and myrtle berry bushes.
I have a little pink, winter blooming, heather in my garden. I put some acid soil underneath and it grows well every year.
I can't grow tiny fuchsia or jasmine though. They freeze.
When I was at Keele University there were huge rhododendrons growing everywhere in the grounds.
